September Paella Workshop

I am organizing a Paella Workshop for next Saturday September 27th!

It will take place at a private home in Studio City, and probably be at 2pm.
We will cook a giant Seafood Paella together! It's a hands on class so come prepared to learn!
It includes all ingredients and materials, wine, appetizers and dinner.

Talented people

I had the honor to be part of Marissa Harrington's Bourbon and Goose's Happy Hour. Multidisciplinary Diane Lindquist and I made it all very Spanish. She made Sangria, and I brought in all the treats and delicatessen to the Unique Space kitchen in Downtown LA. It was great to treat such an incredible group of people. HHappy Hour @ The Unique Space DTLA

Marissa Harrington from Bourbon and Goose who puts together great Happy Hours one Friday a month and Diane Lindquist, a sweet, talented, full of light girl that I met at the Unique Camp back in May.

Wish me luck! We are going on Amazon Fresh!

I am proud to announce that we will be selling on Amazon Fresh in LA and OC starting next week, and it will be a whole new adventure for Espanolita Foods.
In the last months I have gone back and forth with different thoughts and ideas, on how to make Espanolita work,  a project that I have invested endless time, energy, and needless to say, money.
My passion has driven me to sometimes make the wrong decisions, and I was so desperate that I have set a limit on what I think the right amount of time is, to see if this dream is really doable.
Definitely when people tell you how hard it is to have your own business, believe them. Now I do.
